Junior-Mid Software Engineer

We partner with healthcare providers across dental, optical, beauty, and other sectors.About the RoleWe’re hiring a Software Engineer (Junior–Mid) to help build and scale our web apps. You’ll work across React / Next.js / TypeScript, and you’ll use AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Figma MCP) to move faster without sacrificing quality.What You’ll DoBuild & ship features: Implement performant, accessible UIs with React/Next.js/TypeScript; integrate with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Functions).AI-augmented development: Use Copilot/Claude Code/etc for scaffolding, refactoring, tests, and doc drafts; review outputs critically.Quality & reliability: Write unit/integration tests (Jest/Cypress), add logs and basic monitoring, fix bugs with clear root-cause notes.Collaboration: Work closely with PM/Eng to turn PRDs & mockups into incremental releases; participate in code reviews.Performance & DX: Profile bottlenecks, improve bundle size/TTFB/CLS, keep the dev environment smooth (scripts, lint/format, pre-commit).Data first: instrument events, validate tracking with PM/Analyst, and use dashboards to verify outcomes post-release.Documentation: Keep READMEs, documentations, and migration notes concise and current.What We’re Looking For0–3 years experience in software development (fresh grads welcome).Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, HTML5/CSS3.Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Functions) or willingness to learn fast.Comfortable with Git workflows, PRs, and code reviews.Solid problem-solving, attention to detail, and an ownership mindset.Curiosity and daily use of AI tools to speed up coding, testing, and documentation.Why Join UsBe part of a fast-growing startup redefining healthcare financing in IndonesiaDirectly impact access to healthcare for millions of patientsCollaborative, mission-driven team with strong growth opportunitiesApply NowIf you’re excited to help healthcare providers unlock more treatments and grow with us, we’d love to meet you.
