Junior Network Support Engineer

On behalf of our client, a cybersecurity company, we are looking for a Junior Network Support Engineer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Provides Level 1 and Level 2 support for network infrastructureProvides support for endpoint security solutions and email security systemsSupports Active Directory environmentsMonitors customer environments and responds to alerts and incidentsTroubleshoots connectivity, performance, authentication, and security-related issuesSupports Active Directory users, groups, policies, and permissionsAssists in device configuration, upgrades, and patch managementEscalates complex cases to senior engineers when requiredMaintains documentation of incidents, changes, and technical proceduresSupports customer onboarding and implementation projectsJob Requirements:Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Networking, Cyber Security, or related fieldBasic understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANsBasic understanding of network security principlesBasic understanding of Active Directory (user management, GPOs, domain concepts)Basic understanding of Windows Server environmentsStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsGood communication skills in Greek and EnglishTeam-oriented with a willingness to learnBenefits:A competitive remuneration package13th salary Provident FundAll CVs will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.
