Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.The Consolidated Supervision team is part of the Non-Financial Risk Control Department based in Zurich and oversees the implementation of the Global Minimum Standards (Global Minimum Standard – GMS) and Global Minimum Controls (Global Minimum Control – GMC) in Switzerland as well as in all international locations. The team is responsible for the Group Internal Control Framework as well as for the implementation of the Global Minimum Control (GMC) within the entities of the Group. The team acts as the center of competence for internal controls and provides support to the international locations in the implementation of their local frameworks.YOUR CHALLENGEProvide guidance on the Internal Control framework and the Internal Control tool to stakeholders in Switzerland and in international locations for the implementation of relevant local key controls and the reporting of control resultsConsolidate input from international locations regarding Global Minimum Control (GMC) applicability, implementation, and results for presentation to relevant committees, key stakeholders, Risk Type Owners, and Senior ManagementDrive regular control-related processes within the Operational Risk Framework (e.g., Global Minimum Control (GMC) reviews, Design and Operating Effectiveness self-assessmentsSupport the maintenance and enhancement of the internal control system (including drafting business requirements, participating in testing activities, and conducting user training)Manage the Global Minimum Control (GMC) deviation and non-applicability workflow tool and associated processesSupport the rollout and implementation of the Global Minimum Control (GMC) in newly established or acquired entities of the GroupYOUR PROFILEUniversity degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in economics, business administration, or financeIdeally 3–5 years of professional experience in the private banking sector, preferably within Compliance, Risk, Audit, or Control functions, or with a management consulting firmProficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPointStrong communication skillsSkill to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environmentAbility to remain focused on objectives with a proactive, solution-oriented attitudeOutstanding analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
