About the RoleWe’re looking for a Junior Odoo Developer who is eager to learn and grow in ERP system development and implementation. You will work with our internal business and tech teams to customize, maintain, and enhance our Odoo-based ERP system, ensuring smooth business operations across departments.This role is perfect for someone who has a basic understanding of Python, Odoo framework, and PostgreSQL, and is excited to develop hands-on experience in ERP solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development, customization, and deployment of Odoo modules (version 11 or above, preferably v15).Support the integration of Odoo with other internal tools and systems.Work with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Troubleshoot and debug Odoo applications to ensure performance and reliability.Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.Key Requirements0–2 years of experience as an Odoo Developer or in a similar software development role.Understanding of Python and OOP concepts.Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL and ability to write simple SQL queries.Familiarity with Odoo (version 11 or above) experience with v15 is a plus.Good analytical, debugging, and communication skills.Strong willingness to learn and ability to work in a team environment.Exposure to other ERP systems is a plus.
