Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Officer - Testing Laboratory, located in Mymensingh. The Junior Officer will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining accurate records of test results. Day-to-day tasks include preparing samples, performing quality checks, analyzing data, and collaborating with the production team to address any quality-related issues. The Junior Officer will also participate in regular audits and help in maintaining the overall efficiency of the testing laboratory. Qualifications Knowledge in conducting laboratory tests and laboratory equipment handlingSkills in data analysis, report generation, and maintaining accurate recordsAbility to perform quality checks and ensure compliance with industry standardsEffective communication and teamwork skillsAttention to detail and organizational skillsRelevant educational background, preferably a Bachelor's degree in a science-related fieldExperience in a textile or manufacturing environment is a plus
