About the Role:A fintech startup is seeking a motivated and highly organized Operations Coordinator to join its growing team.Key Responsibilities:Manage and track inventory, purchase orders, shipments, and reconciliations.Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and partners both locally and internationally.Provide day-to-day operational support and resolve issues in real time.Maintain accurate reports, spreadsheets, and operational data to ensure compliance and transparency.Identify bottlenecks and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.Requirements:1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.Strong command of MS Office and Google Workspace.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Experience working with ERP or reporting systems.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Service-minded, responsible, and proactive with a can-do attitude.Previous experience in a startup or fintech environment – a strong advantage.Employment Type: Full-time
