Junior Operations Manager (Benelux)

You’ll support quality, safety, and training initiatives, support operational excellence through data analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices.About The RoleSupport regional operations by helping build and maintain strong local partnershipsAssist with on-site projects to improve customer experience, bus quality, and driver supportHelp manage small-scale operational tasks and contribute to impactful improvementsUse data and KPIs to support partners in delivering reliable and safe serviceWork closely with station teams and be active in the field to support quality checksHelp ensure safety standards are followed by supporting audits and process reviewsUse internal tools and systems to coordinate daily operations and share insightsAbout YouHBO degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, tourism, logistics)2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentComfortable with digital tools (Microsoft, Salesforce, PowerBI, Android) and quick to learn new systemsProactive, solution-oriented, and motivated to drive operational excellenceStrong analytical, communication, and organizational skillsTeam player with a helpful mindset and ability to work with diverse stakeholdersFluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus), with a driving license and willingness to travelWe recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
