This role is part of our Digital Marketing team, based in Skopje, Zagreb, Budapest. Together, we focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions for some of the world’s leading brands, such as Meta, TikTok, eBay, Netflix, Logitech, Philips, and more, while fostering an environment of global collaboration and innovation.Job PurposeWe are looking for a Junior Paid Social Specialist (div/f/m) who is characterized by a high degree of pro-activeness, openness to learn, and a can-do mentality and who is burning to further develop and, above all, to contribute their passion in the field of Paid Social.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment, set-up and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok and LinkedInAnalyzing campaign data and generating reports to provide valuable insights and actionable recommendations for our clientsDesigning and running A/B tests to compare different ad variations, targeting strategies, or landing pages for performance optimization Regularly monitoring performance metrics and optimising campaigns, ensuring goals & KPIs alignment and client satisfactionAllocating and managing budgets for paid social campaigns to achieve optimal results, preparation of Paid Social forecasts and media plansIdentifying and defining target audiences for effective ad targetingCollaborating with design teams to create compelling visuals or videos for ad campaignsImplementing and configuring conversion tracking mechanisms together with our data teams, such as pixels or tags, to measure campaign success.What We Are Looking ForYou…Are open-minded and eager to learn more and develop your skill setWork thoroughly, manage campaigns accurately and have an eye for detailAlways keep an oversight, even when various tasks are at handHave an analytical skillsetHave at least 6 months of experience with hands-on paid social projectsHave an understanding of Social KPIs, campaign optimisation, and are able to analyse results with the help of Excel, Pivot and platform dataHave collaborative skills for working with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholdersThink proactively and have a healthy amount of creativity as well as the fun to bring in own ideasHave a passion for (Paid) Social and are always up to date for news and trends Are able to effectively allocate and manage campaign budgets to achieve desired outcomesWE OFFERHybrid working policy.Monthly public transportation card as part of our ongoing effort to protect the environment.Stay happy and healthy with a contribution to your health through the OpenUp platform and access to private health insurance.Health and wellness benefits through a Sportmaster card with which you may do sports activities each day in different locations.Profit-sharing bonuses at the end of each year along with a referral bonus upon each successful hire.Refreshments are provided in the office all week, as well as drinks at 4pm on a Friday (more details about the office life can be found here);A reputation for doing good.
