We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to daily operation.Key Responsibilities● Handle exception and abnormal transactions to resolve reconciliation discrepancies within SLA ensuring a smooth client experience. Including collections, FX, payouts, etc.● Ensure safeguarding deficit calculations comply with Dutch regulatory requirements.● Demonstrate strong sensitivity to non-compliant scenarios and promptly escalate to superiors.● Provide ad-hoc customer support to on transaction and account-related queries.● Optimize SOPs for client fund operations, delivering accurate and highly efficient processes that support rapid business growth and seamless integration.● Participanting client funds team projects and address BAU operational issues by identifying root causes, driving cross-departmental collaboration, and ensuring timely solution implementation.Skills and Experience● Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.● 1–3 years of experience in clearing and settlement or compliance within financial services (preferred).● Familiar with domestic and international bank account structures; prior experience in international finance within a multinational corporate group is preferred.● Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate on improvements.● Fluent in English and Chinese; Dutch are optional but highly desirable.
