Our culture is built on innovation, collaboration, and integrity values we expect every team member to uphold.Role Overview:We are seeking Junior PMO Analysts to join us as we support our financial services client’s Change and Transformation Office. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with some exposure to project or programme management, including recent graduates or school leavers, to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidates will work alongside senior PMO professionals and Project Managers, supporting the delivery of large-scale change initiatives across the business.Key Responsibilities:Support the planning, tracking, and reporting of projects and programmesMaintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and action trackersAssist in the preparation of governance packs, steering committee reports, and project documentationAnalyse project data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvementHelp ensure key milestones, budgets, and deliverables are tracked accuratelyCollaborate with stakeholders across multiple business units to maintain alignment on project goalsCandidate Requirements:Some experience or exposure to project management, PMO, or change environments (including academic or internship experience)Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with project tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet) is advantageousExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsConfident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsAnalytical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approachKeen interest in building a career in project management or business change
