We produce and execute an exciting portfolio of projects and activations with a range of industry leading clients across the Technology, Fashion and Drinks sectors.Why you’ll love this job:This is a very unique opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to join our Creation Team as a Junior Producer.You will be responsible for assisting the Creative Producer in providing an exclusive service to our client and dedicated for ensuring everything is in place for the successful delivery of the live project, the install, the running of the live event and the de-rig.Junior Producer Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end event planning: providing support to the team to oversee complete event planning processes, from initial concept development to post-event evaluation. Assist in ensuring effective allocation of event budgets, optimising resources to deliver high quality events within financial parameters and securing competitive rates with vendors. Support in Venue Selection and Logistics Working closely with the creative team to develop engaging event content with audio-visual elements, stage design and special effects. Support in event advancement by ensuring supplier compliances, logistics and all other preparations pre-event. Provide on-site support to the Creative Producer and team to ensure a flawless event execution and troubleshoot any issues that may arise accordingly. Technical Production: Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging event content, including audio-visual elements, stage design, and special effects.The role requires an individual who is upbeat and self motivated that enjoys working methodically and productively. This is a fast paced and demanding environment which relies on organisation and efficiency. Why you’ll be a great fit for the role:Successful candidates will be a proactive individual with exceptional communication and organisational skills, capable of managing a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Key Requirements:Previous experience and/or an understanding of event management elements across a variety of event sectors (live, experiential, set, sound, rigging, light, power, logistics)Basic ability in using Adobe Suite or other graphics software Confident IT skills (Google suite use preferable)Understanding of management documentation (RAMS, H+S etc)Genuine enjoyment of events and social environments. Basic Budget and financial planning capabilitiesAbility to multitask, prioritise and organise workloadLevel-headed and diplomatic problem-solverA good level of commercial awarenessFlexible and willing take on a variety of tasksFull driving licencePreferable Additions:Knowledge and use of CAD software (Sketchup, Vectorworks, AutoCAD)Any industry standard qualifications (plant tickets, H&S, first aid etc)BenefitsDiscretionary bonusPension contributions28 Days (Including Bank Holidays) that will increase by 1 day per annum up to a maximum of 38 days.
