The Junior Producer will be responsible for supporting the Senior Producer / Cluster Head in managing the production lifecycle, ensuring creative quality, and maintaining efficient day-to-day operations for assigned projects. This role reports to the Senior Producer or Cluster Head. A Day In The Life of a Junior Producer @ Vertical TV !Production Execution & Creative CoordinationSupport the Senior Producer in overseeing the entire content pipeline, driving execution from concept development, story pitching, and script finalization through to production and final delivery.Manage the tracking of production schedules, resource allocation, and for assigned projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.Provide focused, constructive feedback on scripts and cuts to elevate the quality of micro dramas under the guidance of the Senior Producer.Help create and expand a talent database that will give Vertical TV a competitive edge in the market.What Will Compel Vertical TV to Choose You Over Others?1-3 years of experience in production, with a strong focus on fiction/drama content (e.g., OTT series, television serials).You’re experience executing high-volume content curation/development and supporting simultaneous, large-scale projects.Deep understanding of the vertical video format and the unique requirements for mobile-first storytelling is highly desirable.Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory, both written and verbal.Must eat, breathe, live and long for, Content of all shapes, sizes, formats & types.
