Junior Product Designer

The goal is to deliver intuitive, accessible, and compliant digital experiences that improve operational efficiency and customer service. This role offers the chance to work in a highly collaborative environment with visibility across business and technology teams.ResponsibilitiesDesign user-centric experiences and interfaces for internal digital toolsCreate architecture maps, user journeys, wireframes, design specs, and clickable prototypes in FigmaCollaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and QA teams throughout the design lifecycleEnsure designs meet accessibility standards and align with brand and regulatory guidelinesLead stakeholder reviews and iterate based on feedbackTranslate complex business requirements into elegant, scalable design solutionsQualificationsHands-on UX/UI product design experienceAdvanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practicesProven success in designing within large enterprise environments, navigating legal, compliance, privacy, and fraud constraintsExperience creating user journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypesAbility to work independently while driving alignment across cross-functional teamsExcellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders and presenting design rationaleFamiliarity with user research tools and methodologies (preferred)Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful design work in financial services or similarly regulated industries (preferred)#IndKynPlease note this is for a contract position with one of our clients and not a fulltime employment role with Kyndryl Canada**
