We’re on a mission to deliver best-in-class digital and retail experiences and frictionless operations across every step of the consumer journey.We’re looking for a Junior Product Owner – Commerce Operations to support the Commerce & Payments Product Owner in managing the day-to-day running of our commerce operations with a focus on in-store. You’ll help ensure our platforms run smoothly, supporting retail operations, merchandising, fulfilment, and customer purchasing journeys.As our Junior Product Owner - Commerce Operations, you will be responsible for:Owning product priorities and backlog, balancing critical delivery with long-term business value and innovation.Owning and understanding the operational processes and how teams use our technology, driving process and efficiency improvements with the delivery teams.Working with Delivery Managers to plan and deploy product increments, ensuring cross-regional alignment and minimal disruption to business functions.Collaborating with key stakeholders in retail, merchandising and fulfilment to identify opportunities, resolve blockers, and maximise our commerce technologies.Partnering with regional retail teams to identify and prioritise improvements, ensuring that the operational teams are set up to succeed and best serve our customers.Building knowledge of commerce systems (OMS, POS, payment gateways, fulfilment tools).THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APARTPut simply, for this role the key things we’re looking for are:A natural ability to prioritise, pivot, and remain focused in a fast-moving, commercial environment.Demonstrable experience in a retail environment with an understanding of the systems, technologies, and processes.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate issues into clear requirements.A proactive, can-do mindset and eagerness to learn.A curiosity for innovation, ideas and opportunities within the retail space.Experience of or a desire to experience working with agile methodologies.An adaptable mindset and embracer of change and recognising its importanceWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?Hybrid workingWelcome to the family free pair of Docs65% off all DocsAward-winning ‘Buy As You Earn’ Dr. Martens share planPrivate healthcareA dedicated culture team2 paid volunteer days per yearAmazing Camden based offices with roof terrace overlooking the canalAre you ready to fill your boots?
