This is a growth opportunity for someone passionate about renewable energy who wants to learn how to manage real-world energy community projects. You’ll start by supporting project planning, stakeholder coordination, and technical documentation and grow into a Technical Project Manager role as you gain experience.What you will doSupport the setup and coordination of energy community projects across Italy.Assist in preparing documentation, feasibility studies, and reports.Learn to use the HexErgy platform for data collection, design, and management.Collaborate with municipalities, utilities, and technical partners.Help track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables.Contribute to validating new community energy models and processes.Who you areYou have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Energy, or Environmental Sciences.0–3 years of experience in energy, sustainability, or project coordination.You’re passionate about renewables, energy transition, and decentralized systems.Strong organizational and communication skills.Fluent in Italian and comfortable working in English.Eager to learn, take responsibility, and grow in a fast-moving environment.Nice to haveBasic understanding of energy community regulations in Italy.Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, SaaS platforms, or GIS).Experience with renewable energy, startups, or EU sustainability projects.What we offerCompetitive entry-level compensation.A clear growth path toward a Technical Project Manager role within 9–12 months.Flexible working setup.Training, mentorship, and exposure to international projects (EU, US, LATAM).A collaborative, impact-driven startup culture where your ideas matter.
