Junior-Level Project ManagerBHC Canada, a subsidiary of BHC Global, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support our growing portfolio of software implementation projects. In this role, you'll work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, accurate documentation, and effective communication across stakeholders.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational project management experience who is ready to grow into a leadership role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  Location: Hybrid (GTA-based) | Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 CAD annuallyCompany: BHC Canada (a subsidiary of BHC Global)Key Responsibilities§ Lead small to mid-sized projects and assist with phases of larger, enterprise-level initiatives§ Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation§ Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and project timelines§ Monitor project status, risks, and issues, providing timely updates and mitigation strategies§ Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams to align with project goals§ Maintain organized project documentation with proper version control§ Facilitate project meetings: prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items§ Ensure smooth communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams§ Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and support the adoption of project management best practicesQualifications§ Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field§ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project coordination or junior project management roles§ Proficient in MS Project required§ Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies§ PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is an asset§ Strong communication, attention to detail, leadership, and organizational skills§ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment§ Confident to facilitate client facing meetings§ Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft 365, MS Office, Monday.com, or JiraWork EnvironmentThis is a hybrid role open to candidates located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The successful candidate must be able to travel to BHC Canada’s Oakville office and client sites across Canada as needed.
