Both our coworking space and properties’ communal areas are decked out and designed to support meetings, collaboration, and productivity in a relaxed and inspiring setting.Come enjoy the journey with us and become a Cove Superstar!Job Title: Junior Project ManagerJob Type: Full-timeStart Date: ASAPLocation: BaliReports To: Head of Project DesignWhat You’ll Be DoingAssist Project Manager in cross-function coordination to ensure Onboarding process is align with Master Schedule & Live Date could achieve on timeConduct DD in tandem with Project Manager prior to start Onboarding processTo do Property Checklist with Owner before Hand Over Checklist in the early phase of OnboardingIn tandem with Project Manager to Coordinate & regularly Supervise utilities upgrade works while Onboarding processIn tandem with Project Manager to Purchase & Deliver ops upgrade items to property location while Onboarding processAssist Project Manager in doing onboarding-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and storedAd-Hoc Ops supporting works in solving Building Technical problems if Onboarding properties is in slower pace/not occuredWhat Makes You a Great FitD3 or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture Engineering1-2 years of work experience in the Built Environment industryProficient in using Microsoft Office applicationGood basic knowledge in low-rise / middle-rise building operational work flow & systemGood communication and interpersonal skillsGood time management, analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to demonstrate a high level of teamwork
