Creating the infrastructure necessary for these intricate processes is a vital component of our organization’s core business strategy. Role Description This is a full-time role as a Junior Project Manager based in Athens. The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the projects’ execution process and monitoring construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, timelines, and budgets. This role involves close collaboration with Project Managers, engineers, construction sites, subcontractors, and suppliers for the smooth execution of projects.   Key Responsibilities: Support in the design and execution of technical construction projects for MV/HV Substations, Energy Storage Systems and MV/LV Industrial Facilities Substations. Monitor work progress and provide updates to stakeholders. Prepare and manage purchase orders for project equipment and materials. Organize, coordinate and maintain project documentation (technical drawings, permits, contracts, project logs). Collaborate with subcontractors and technical teams to resolve emerging issues. Participate in on-site inspections and project meetings. Coordinate and ensure adherence to health & safety and quality standards. Required Qualifications: Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. 1–2 years of experience in construction projects or technical project support. Strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Excel). Skills in organization, communication, and collaboration with technical teams. Excellent command of Greek and English. Desired Qualifications: Experience in large-scale construction sites or technical projects. Knowledge of AutoCAD or other technical design tools.  Why Join us? At EPC, we don’t just build energy projects — we build trust, purpose, and lasting impact.
