Job Highlightslaptop to be provided (pickup from Makati Office)Role Summary1ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and coordination of projects from initiation through to completion.Support senior project managers in monitoring project progress and adjusting schedules, resources, or deliverables as needed.Help manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.Prepare and update project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and action item lists.Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.Track project milestones and deliverables.Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues.Support project meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed for project requirements.Maintain project documentation in a structured and accessible manner.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Previous experience in project management or coordination is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or similar tools).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Knowledgeable with Excel, Word, Google sheets & Google documents.Knowledgeable with Outlook & Lark. Preferred SkillsProject Management Certification: Familiarity with certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), or PRINCE2 is a plus.Experience or knowledge in Agile, Scrum, or other iterative project management methodologies.Proficiency in Project Management Software: Knowledge of tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com for managing tasks, schedules, and resources.Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to ensure project deadlines are met.Ability to assess risks, understand project data, and make decisions based on analysis.Experience or knowledge of managing project budgets, forecasting costs, and ensuring financial targets are met.Technical EnvironmentAdditional InformationCareer LevelJunior levelWork LocationMakati CityWork SetupHybrid (1x – 2x a month onsite)Job TypeProject-based (3-6months subject for extension)APPLY NOW
