Your future responsibilities as Project Manager:· Technical and operational preparation of projects (following Sarens Project Management methodology and SHEQ standards)· Project follow-up in terms of operational progress, budget - scope - timing· Supervising operational activities with attention to safety and quality· Leading, motivating, and coaching the project team· Contract management· Financial follow-up and related administrationWho you are:We're looking for a technical professional who loves diving into new projects and won't let go until they're successfully completed. You're a born organizer who sets the right priorities. When action is needed, you act fast, with a solution-oriented mindset, and always communicate clearly and structured with your team. You're customer-focused, cost-conscious, and have strong strategic and analytical insight. You're a people manager who knows how to turn individuals into a well-oiled team.
