The Junior Property Manager Trainee will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of properties, coordinating tenant communication, conducting property inspections, and ensuring maintenance requests are resolved efficiently. The role also includes supporting lease agreements, managing vendor relationships, and monitoring property budgets to uphold operational excellence.QualificationsStrong organizational and multitasking skills to manage property-related tasks and ensure smooth operations.Excellent communication and sales skills for tenant coordination, vendor management, and stakeholder interaction.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to carry out property inspections and oversee maintenance tasks effectively.Basic knowledge of property management software or related administrative tools is a plus.Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.Previous experience in real estate, property management, or customer service is advantageous.Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is mandatory.
