Junior QA Tester

Sold online, the solution allows consultants to manage their time, the assignments they have sold to their clients, their invoices, their expense reports, etc.Our vision: to create the next generation of automated software that eliminates all unnecessary working time!The RoleWe are looking for a Junior QA Tester to join our team in Lisbon.You’ll work closely with the Product and Development teams to ensure that new features are thoroughly tested, stable, and aligned with customer needs. You’ll contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and play an active role in maintaining the overall quality of the Stafiz platform.Key ResponsibilitiesTesting & ValidationExecute manual tests and report results precisely.Report, document, and follow up on bugs through our internal tools.Collaboration & CommunicationWork with Product Managers to understand business requirements and validation criteria.Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.Provide clear feedback on product quality, usability, and performance.Continuous ImprovementContribute to process optimization and QA best practices.Support the setup and maintenance of automated tests.Document features and test results in Notion (our internal knowledge base).Profile & RequirementsStrong attention to detail and analytical mindset.Organized, methodical, autonomous and thorough in your approach to testing.Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, APIs, databases, etc.) is appreciated.Experience with or interest in test automation is a plus.What We OfferA dynamic and supportive environment within a fast-growing SaaS start-up.Direct collaboration with Product Managers, Developers, and the CTO.Opportunities to learn about QA, product development, and automation.Flexibility, autonomy, and real impact on the quality of our productOffices in Lisbon if you prefer working hybrid office/remoteLocation: Lisbon, PortugalAvailability: As soon as possible
