The Junior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing costs, planning expenditures, and reporting costs. Day-to-day tasks will include assisting with budget management, monitoring project expenditures, and ensuring that projects are completed within budgetary constraints.QualificationsSkills in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost PlanningExperience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)Proficiency in Cost ReportingStrong analytical and numerical skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsFamiliarity with relevant software and toolsBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related fieldExperience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus
