Junior Quantity Surveyor (QS)

📢 We're Hiring: Junior Quantity Surveyor📍 Location: Dubai🕒 Employment Type: Full-TimeWe are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to support our commercial and project teams. The ideal candidate will assist in cost estimation, quantity take-off, tender preparation, and project cost control while gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry.✅ Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, measurements, and cost estimates for ongoing and new projects.Support in preparing tender documents, BOQs, and cost proposals.Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and compare pricing.Assist in preparing interim payment applications and variations.Maintain project cost records, documentation, and reports.Assist the QS/Commercial team in contract administration and project budgeting.Conduct site visits to verify quantities and progress.Support in preparing financial reports and cost analyses.🎓 Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in QS or cost estimation (fresh graduates are welcome).Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost principles.Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or QS software is an advantage.Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.Willingness to learn and grow within the role.______________For interested candidates 📩 Send your CV to secretary@etlad.com
