Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.2-3 years of of working experience in quantity surveying and bid/estimation process of building constructionGood communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamworkAbility to deal with multicultural teamsDuties & ResponsibilitiesTaking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submissionEvaluation of price comparison and costing summaryUtilizing tools and templates for bid analysis and cost managementEnaging and managing third party Quantity Surveyor contractsIdentify Value Engineering opportunities in the design and quatify the savingsUpdating repository for historical dataOther adhoc duties assignWorking Hours8am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)8am to 12noon (Alt Sat)
