Junior Recruiter - Fashion

We are growing and actively looking for a highly organized, personable, fashionable, and resourceful junior Recruiter/Recruiting Associate to partner with one of our most successful Account Executives on managing their recruiting and sales desk.This role will focus primarily on sourcing direct hire candidates for job placements with our clients across the fashion, beauty, and luxury goods space in New York City.What you will be doing:Supporting the Account Executive/Recruiter with day to day sales and recruitment effortsSourcing, scheduling, and screening candidates for direct hire roles with our clientsManaging and updating candidate and job information in our databaseRunning jobs by appropriate candidatesPreparing resumes and portfolios and submitting to clientsPreparing and sending out detailed interview confirmations, job start details and updatesConducting thorough reference checks and assist with background checks and onboardingServing as a point of contact for our candidates throughout interview processFollowing up with candidates after interviews and help navigate offer stagesPresenting offers and assisting with closing candidatesTaking on additional administrative responsibilities and projects for the AE as neededWhat you should bring:Bachelor's degree preferred3+ years of HR/Recruiting/Sourcing experience; ideally in fashion or another related industryAn ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environmentConfident, engaging, and professional communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional organizational and time-management skills, and strong ability to multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA positive, personable, and team-oriented mindsetProficiency in MS Office; especially Outlook and ExcelProficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo and other sales platformsWhy you’ll love working with us:We provide a beautiful modern office space in Midtown East with an open floor plan and tons of natural light.
