Junior Recruiter

OCR Alpha is currently looking for a bright graduate, ideally with a financial-related university degree, to join our Portfolio Management team. You will support our Fixed Income desk and will be responsible for sourcing and researching talent for various mandates within the space. This is a unique opportunity for someone ambitious, organised, and ready to develop quickly in a growing business. Our commitment to excellence, innovation, and staff development has fuelled our significant growth in recent years.Key Responsibilities:Researching and mapping out junior talent across the sell-side and buy-side.Conducting initial screening calls and selling opportunities across our client base, with the help of one of our senior consultantsBuilding out talent maps for internal useBooking interviews and conducting interview preparation Attending client meetings alongside a senior consultantScreening and gathering market intel from various online vendors for the senior team to utilise.
