As a junior Recruitment Executive at Prestige OSS, you will play a vital role in shaping the company’s workforce and culture. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes while fostering a positive and engaging employee experience. You will serve as a key representative of the organization, ensuring alignment with company values and supporting both candidates and employees throughout their journey.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a liaison between Prestige OSS and the candidate poll and ultimately our employees.Must present company business actions and values with professionalism.Manages Recruiting strategies and implementation, conducting onboarding and orientation; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.Contacting, qualifying, and converting applicants and potential applicants for the company.Managing communications with applicants throughout the process, scheduling the process for orientation, and finally, serving as a point of contact for employees after hiring and operating as a source of ongoing support.Ensuring a fun, comprehensive, and empowering onboarding experience for our new Prestige OSS team members.Acting as a primary point of contact for new employees through their onboarding to provide the best experience. Own Employee recognition programs.Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers. Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees.Offer specific training programs to help employees maintain or improve job skills.Lead the development and implementation of all aspects of an organization's training programs, policies, and objectives to develop and maintain an effective workforce.Fresh graduates with Excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply
