Analysis of errors and developing work arounds, and permanent solutions Handling of service requests by changing SAP standard customizing Performing of regularly support and maintenance tasks Assistance for how-to questions Maintaining documentation - knowledge base Performing of regularly support and maintenance tasks, keeping tickets up-to-date Ensuring of compliance with internal processes, audit supportRequirementsFirst experience on a similar position is highly welcomed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Business Informatics, Computer Science or similar Fluent written and spoken English, German will be an asset Proven experience in the IT sector, ideally within consulting Good knowledge of SAP (preferrable FI) Excellent problem solving and decision making skills Strong service thinking skills and service orientation Flexibility and good interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively within teams Ability to work within tight deadlines and attention to details Excellent communication and presentation skills Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
