Junior Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Social Media Manager to support Midas PR’s internal social media presence as well as our clients across multiple platforms. This role will assist in content planning, creation, scheduling, and performance tracking to help grow brand visibility and engage online communities.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and scheduling social media content across platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)Contribute to concept creation—generating content ideas that align with current trends, brand identity, and client objectivesWrite engaging copy in both Thai and English, in line with each client’s tone of voice and communication styleStay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activityParticipate in internal brainstorming sessions and campaign developmentAssist in compiling performance reports with key insights and takeawaysQualifications1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (internships count!)Excellent command of English and Thai language to effectively cater to local and international clientsFamiliarity with social media platforms, trends, and basic metricsBachelor’s degree graduate with specialisation in marketing communications or advertisingComfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling platformsEquipped with strong conceptual and presentation skills, comfortable in face-to-face client communicationsHighly organised, proactive, and eager to learnA background in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
