Mystic, a fast-growing, international brand active in over 70 countries, is looking for a creative and tuned-in Junior Social Media Specialist to join our team at our HQ in Katwijk, the Netherlands!This is your chance to directly shape how Mystic shows up online, sharing the best of our new products, awesome riders, and vibrant community.🌟 What You'll Be Doing: A Collaborative RoleYou'll work closely with our creative team and athletes, playing a key role in bringing the Mystic brand to life digitally.Content Strategy & Execution: Assist with end-to-end social planning, including content calendar management, brief development, scheduling, publishing, and producing captivating captions, short-form video edits (Reels/cutdowns), and maintaining platform consistency.Influencer & Talent Management: Collaborate directly with team riders and brand ambassadors to source, curate, and co-create high-quality, on-brand visual and textual assets.Market & Trend Analysis: Conduct ongoing social listening, track user-generated content (UGC), and monitor competitor activity to inform strategy and introduce innovative, trend-relevant content initiatives.Performance Measurement & Paid Media Support: Analyze and report on social performance metrics, translating dashboard data into concise reports with actionable insights, and providing crucial support for paid campaign implementation within Meta Ads Manager.🚀 Who We're Looking For Passionate: A strong affinity for board sports—it's what drives us!Experience: 0-2 years' experience in a similar role or a couple of solid internships under your belt.Skilled: Strong grasp of social platforms and proven ability to create quick edits (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or Premiere Pro is a plus).Professional: Excellent written and spoken English, proactive attitude, and a keen eye for detail.Tech-Savvy: Experience with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager and an analytical side that turns data into actionable insights.Flexible: Responsible and ready to handle urgent content needs, even if it falls outside standard office hours.🎁 The Mystic Vibe & PerksBased in Katwijk, we offer a dynamic hybrid work environment and great benefits that focus on well-being and team spirit:Competitive salary and a steady pension plan.Staff discounts on Mystic and North products (time to gear up!).Company lunch, an in-house gym, yoga sessions, and company massages.Annual outing and Friday drinks, done right.An open-minded team that values your creativity and initiative.Ready to dive in and help us tell the Mystic story?📍 Location: Katwijk, The Netherlands (Hybrid model available) ⏰ Hours: 40 hours a weekInterested?
