This means taking ownership of system performance, actively addressing post-deployment issues, and troubleshooting any technical challenges. Additionally, during upgrades and new deployments, our engineers take on first-line support responsibilities, ensuring a seamless transition and promptly resolving any issues that may arise during critical phases.We foster a culture of collective responsibility, where every team member contributes to the efficiency and solidity of our technology and operations.
