Northpool is an energy trading company based in Leiden. We trade energy 24/7, 365 days per year. Our traders make their decisions using the applications, dashboards, and trading software built by their colleagues from the Operations, Data & Analytics department. We are now looking for a (Junior) Software Engineer who can further develop and improve our trading software. Does this seem like a job that suits you? To make sure that our traders can rely on the correct operation of these tools, the maintenance of the current systems is also of great importance.In addition, our trading software needs to be up to date and constantly expanded to keep up with the constant developing market and the expansion of the countries in which NP trades.At Northpool, the software engineers work together with the traders to design and prioritize new features. Together we look at the software requirements and technical possibilities. As a (Junior) Software Engineer your work will directly contribute to the trades that are made.Your challenge?
