We believe the next leap in productivity comes from the collaboration between human teams and specialized AIs working together on shared contexts.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Junior Software Engineer in our R&D Adapting machines Lab. The Junior Software Engineer will work on developing and maintaining software solutions, with a focus on back-end web development and programming. Daily tasks include implementing and testing software features, debugging and optimizing code, and collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables. Additionally, the engineer will contribute to the integration of hybrid AI architectures within our platforms.QualificationsStrong knowledge and understanding of Computer Science principlesExperience in Back-End Web Development and Software DevelopmentProficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesExperience with AI systems or hybrid frameworks is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldBasic knowledge of back-end devops and API/MCP/agent plugin integrationExperience with database structure SQL or similarExposure to cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with platform engineering concepts (containers, deployments, monitoring).Experience with cursor, windsurf, codex, claude code, gemini cli or similars.Experience with github actions/monoreposExperience with prompt and context engineering .
