About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on, passionate Chef ready to lead and inspire within our culinary brigade. Reporting to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering unforgettable dining experiences that reflect the landscape, culture, and seasonal abundance of New Zealand.Key Responsibilities:Contribute creatively to menu development and plating presentationSupport and inspire the kitchen team through training and developmentEnsure all cooking stations are efficiently stocked and maintainedUphold exceptional hygiene and safety standardsAssist in managing food cost controls and kitchen efficiencyStep into a leadership role during the Sous Chef’s absenceRespond to guest requests and daily menu adjustments with agility and professionalismAbout YouWe’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end kitchen where innovation and precision are celebrated.
