We rely on our strengths, which include stability, responsibility, expertise, and being a good place to work.Junior/Specialist Private Capital Treasury Management and OperationsResponsibilitiesAs part of managing the Private Debt Funds’ liquidity, TMO main tasks are ensuring debt transactions (RCFs) are timely captured in the system, settled and reflected correctly in the reporting.Completing monthly/quarterly RCF reconciliationCash management: analysis of the portfolio incomes and asset sales reception by reconciling and proposing proceeds allocation accurately within the structures.Investigation of possible discrepancies and ensuring strong internal controls.Calculation of management feesDevelopment and enhancement of working files in a growing environment.Maintaining effective communication with the location.Supporting the migrations of new operational activities.RequirementsUniversity degree or Student (economy or finances related)Fluent English (min C1)Knowledge of Private Capital Funds will be considered as an advantage.Excellent skills in MS ExcelOrganization & communication skillsStrong attention to detailsProblem solving skillsTeamwork orientation and collaborative attitudeTechnical expertise on relevant applications associated to the process, including knowledge on FIA e-Front platform will be considered as an advantage.We OfferHybrid work mode, 60% working from home within a monthEquivalent for remote work expenses (120 PLN per month)Stable employment in the international companyFully paid private medical care for employeePre-paid lunch cardEmployee Pension PlanCo-financed Multisport CardMyBenefit Cafeteria PlatformLife insuranceCar parking availability in the office buildingTrainings and development opportunities
