Junior store officer-Stores

Job SummaryMaintaining the engineering stores as per company and regulatory requirements. Continuous monitoring and improving the systems and process. Develop processes to ensure timely and accurate supply of spares to maintenance. Supervise and administer stores personnel in line with company and regulatory standardsKey Responsibilities Ensure implementation of an effective system of receiving, warehousing and distribution. Ensure stores is operational on a 24/7 basis with adequate staffing and resolution of discrepancies. Maintain stores as per industry standards and regulatory requirement. Ensure storage facilities, environment and arrangements are suitable for storage and distribution of aircraft spares in an efficient, safe and secure manner. Ensuring sufficient stock levels are maintained to support the operations. Ensure timely replenishment of essential and fast-moving items. Develop a robust system to identify and alert concerned personnel 3 months prior to expiry of shelf life of tools, consumables and rotables in stock. Develop a robust system for stock checking and reporting of discrepancies If required be willing to work in shifts and extended hours including on weekends and company holidays Ensure adherence to rules, regulations and procedures regarding safety, housekeeping and security of stores personnel, equipment and aircraft spares. Required Skills & Experience Adequate knowledge on regulatory requirements.
