Job Title: Junior BIM Structural EngineerExperience Required: 1 : 3 yearsJob Description:We are seeking a qualified Structural Engineer with 1 : 3 years of experience in structural design and coordination for residential and commercial projects within the KSA. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and proven expertise in structural analysis, design, and documentation using advanced engineering software.Key Responsibilities:• Perform structural design and analysis for residential and commercial buildings in compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC).• Prepare and review structural drawings, design calculations, and reports.• Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure design integration and accuracy.• Participate in BIM coordination processes and resolve multidisciplinary design conflicts.• Utilize Revit and other BIM tools for modeling, documentation, and clash detection.• Conduct technical reviews, quality checks, and value engineering when required.• Provide technical support during construction phases and resolve design-related issues.Qualifications and Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).• Minimum 6 Months of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia.• Have knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and international design standards.• Proficiency in Revit, ETABS, SAFE, and other structural design software.• Good in BIM coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration.• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.• Professional certification or membership (e.g., Saudi Council of Engineers) is an advantage.
