Job Description

Our client is looking for a Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support to end users and ensure the smooth operation of their IT environment. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality first- and second-line support across hardware, software, and network systems.ResponsibilitiesProvide user support for Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).Handle first and second line incidents related to VPN, hardware, Windows applications, and email.Perform password resets and execute basic Active Directory actions (user groups, distribution lists, etc.).Stage and configure PCs via Intune.Deliver support by phone and email in Dutch and English.Work according to ITIL principles (experience is more important than certification).ProfileProven experience in L1/L2 support within a Windows environment.Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Willingness to work fully onsite in Zwijndrecht.Residence ideally located for daily commuting to Zwijndrecht.Practical DetailsLocation: Zwijndrecht (onsite only)Start date: ASAPDuration: Long-term assignment
