Then Rovsing A/S could be the right challenge for you!Due to increased activity in our EGSE project group we are looking for a dedicated and committed Junior System Engineer.Rovsing provides state of the art test and simulation systems for ground testing of satellites to customers primarily in Europe and USA. These systems enable a satellite manufacturer to test existing parts of a satellite while simulating non-existing parts during their development, Assembly, Integration and Test (AIT). All our systems are built to very high safety and quality standards.As a Junior System Engineer, you are responsible for defining the overall technical solution. This requires a holistic approach, as the development of Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) involves several technical disciplines. All of which must interact to produce a system (electrical, mechanical, software etc.) compliant to the customer requirements. High- and mid-level understanding of all these areas will enable you to act as the interface between technical disciplines and ensure the resulting compliance of the overall design, drawing on the knowledge of specialists and colleagues as needed. We are looking for a person with a profile matching most of the characteristics listed below:Your Profile:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical, Software Engineering, or equivalent, with 2+ years of industry experience.Relevant working experience in the field of satellite test systems or AIT is a plus.Experience in analysing, designing and implementing efficient solutions in response to customer specifications.Experience with technical customer communication in a B2B environment.Structured thinking, preference for proactiveness and attention to detail is needed, as is being interested in using a broad range of competences.Takes responsibility for your own work and the overall results.We offer:A technically challenging job, working with highly skilled colleagues in the growing space business.A workplace with a dynamic, flexible and flat organisation, where you have significant influence on your own tasks.
