In this role, you won’t just manage tickets, you’ll actively handle NetSuite administration, RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management), and user access permissions across multiple platforms, ensuring reliable operations that directly impact our team’s efficiency and productivity.Are you a detail-oriented IT professional with a talent for system administration and a passion for creating a seamless technological experience for all users? This position is for you!What will be your responsibilities?NetSuite AdministrationAssist with the configuration, customization, and maintenance of NetSuiteCreate and update saved searches, reports, and dashboards to support business teamsTroubleshoot user issues and escalate complex cases as neededSupport data imports, audits, and clean-up activitiesHelp maintain roles, permissions, and system documentationRMM & Endpoint ManagementMonitor and manage company devices using the RMM tool (updates, security, alerts)Perform routine patching, software deployment, and remote troubleshootingEnsure workstation compliance with IT and security policiesDesktop SupportProvide Level 1–2 technical support for macOS/Windows devices, peripherals, and applicationsTroubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues for on-site and remote employeesMaintain inventory of devices, accessories, and licensesGoogle Workspace AdministrationManage user accounts, groups, shared drives, and security settings in Google WorkspaceSupport onboarding/offboarding workflows, including email setup, groups, and access provisioningTroubleshoot Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, and admin console issuesUser Access & Permissions ManagementCreate, modify, suspend, and audit user accounts across core systems (NetSuite, Google Workspace, RMM, SaaS tools)Follow security best practices, including least-privilege access and MFA enforcementMaintain documentation of access processes and approval workflowsOnboarding & OffboardingSet up new-hire accounts, equipment, permissions, and workspace toolsConduct IT orientation for new employeesDeprovision accounts and secure data access during offboardingWhat are we looking for in you?Qualifications1–2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related fieldBasic knowledge of NetSuite, ERP workflows, or willingness to learn quicklyFamiliarity with Google Workspace administration and SaaS managementExperience with RMM tools (e.g., Intune, Jamf, NinjaOne, Kandji, etc.) preferredStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesHigh level of english (C1)About The OfferType of Contract: Full-TimeModality: RemoteCompetitive Pay: (Depending on your experience)A dynamic teamAn open mind for new ideasGrowth… growth and some more growth!Do you want to be part of our team?
