Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Junior Talent Acquisition Executive based in Greater Van. The role involves supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining talent acquisition pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. Additionally, the role includes contributing to employer branding initiatives and assisting with recruitment reports and metrics analysis.Work at Long An Vietnam factory 2026-2028.France factory 2028-2030Germany factory 2030-2032 Qualifications Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various rolesStrong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HR softwareExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with employer branding strategies and talent retention best practicesDesired qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is beneficial
