As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and help us attract, engage, and hire top talent.This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle while working closely with hiring managers and candidates in an international tech companyThe RoleAs our new Junior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment processes across functions and regions. You will work in close collaboration with the Head of Talent Acquisition and partner with hiring managers to ensure a professional, efficient, and high-quality recruitment experience.You will be responsible for:Managing full-cycle recruitment processes from job briefing to offer stagePartnering closely with hiring managers to define role requirementsBooking and inviting candidates for interviewsCollaborating with the Head of Talent Acquisition on employer branding and talent attraction initiativesProactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channelsScreening and interviewing candidatesEnsuring a strong and professional candidate experienceSupporting recruitment data tracking and reportingContributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and toolsYour ProfileWe imagine that you:Hold a Master’s degree from a university (e.g., in HR, Business, Psychology, Communication, or a related field)Have 1–3 years of experience within Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or HRHave some experience managing recruitment processes independentlyAre confident partnering with hiring managers and advising on best practicesHave strong stakeholder management and communication skillsAre structured, proactive, and detail-orientedThrive in a dynamic, international growth environmentExperience from a tech or SaaS company is an advantage but not a requirement.What We OfferA key role in a growing international tech companyClose collaboration with the Head of Talent Acquisition and senior leadersOpportunity to shape and strengthen recruitment practicesA collaborative, fun and ambitious work environmentContinious personal and professional development opportunitiesA fast-growing, global scale-up shaping the future of OT and industrial cybersecurityIf you are passionate about attracting great talent and want to grow your career in a global tech company, we would love to hear from you.Apply now and become part of Secomea’s journey.Please note that the response time is approximately 3 weeks due to holiday.
