The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to identify hiring needs, optimize recruitment processes, and deliver high-quality candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesTalent Strategy & ExecutionManage full-cycle recruitment for specialized/leadership roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation).Develop innovative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pipelines).Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create job scorecards.Process OptimizationAnalyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to improve efficiency.Implement employer branding initiatives (career site, social media campaigns).Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) integrity and generate reports.Stakeholder CollaborationAdvise leadership on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and diversity hiring.Mentor junior recruiters and coordinate recruitment projects.Attend industry events/college fairs to build talent networks.Job Requirements (JR)Bachelor’s degree in HR, or related field.3+ years of recruitment experience.Proven track recordrecruitment task.Proficiency in popular recruitment channel, LinkedIn Recruiter, teamtailer, rednote.Risk Sensitivity: Ability to anticipate regulatory impacts (e.g., gig economy policies, tax reforms).Communication & Influence: Translate complex regulations into actionable guidelines for business teams.Multitasking: Manage stakeholders under high pressure while balancing compliance and operational efficiency.Could to be onboard soon.
