Job Description

Position: Junior Technical Customer Support Agent (English)Location: Sofia, Bulgaria OR Plovdiv, BulgariaWork model: hybrid (3 days home, 2 days office work/week)Employment type: Full-timeRemuneration: base salary + performance bonus. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure high-quality service over the phone in line with company standardsProvide timely feedback to end users after requests or case processingActively promote and educate customers about relevant products and services, conducting sales through service when appropriateMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and operations in the company databaseUse specialized software to provide queries and support for internal work systems. REQUIREMENTS:

English language proficiencyExcellent communication skills with a helpful and positive attitudeGenuine excitement and motivation to assist customersPatience, empathy and strong interpersonal skillsConfident in troubleshooting and problem-solvingAbility to work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing conditionsStrong computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systemsExcellent time management and prioritization skillsTeam-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skillsHigh level of self-discipline, confidentiality and attention to detailPrevious experience in communication or customer service is considered an advantage.
