Apply now!Responsibilities:Participates in requirements gathering and monitors Demand Response technical projects: collects and documents requirements in collaboration with senior stakeholders, converts them into technical tasks, updates progress trackers, monitors timelines and risks and participates in integration testing with IT and suppliersContributes to solution design and on-site inspections: technically documents the installation under guidance, collects data for control and metering points and for simple load estimations based on available data and records integration requirements with building automation systemsSupports the installation, configuration, and commissioning of Demand Response equipment: performs initial setup based on instructions, performs basic communication and telemetry checks, records test results and participates in commissioning procedures for service enrollmentMonitors the platform and operational readiness through learning the use of the Demand Response platform, checking basic availability indicators, recording and reporting anomalies, performing initial connectivity and data flow checks and escalating issues promptly where requiredContributes to data, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Power BI reporting: prepares and organizes data, performs basic consistency checks, updates existing models, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Power BI dashboards, and produces periodic reports with brief documentation of observationsPursues continuous learning and technical development: receives training in energy engineering, Demand Response, measurements and telemetry and integration standards, with the aim of gradually taking on more complex tasksRequirements: Bachelor’s degree from a University or Technological Educational Institute in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and/or Computer/Automation EngineeringMaster's degree in Energy or Project Management will be considered an additional qualificationUp to two (2) years of relevant experience in project management, energy projects, electromechanical projects or Demand Side ManagementExperience in the Energy sector will be considered an additional qualificationProject management certification, such as PRINCE2 and/or PMP (Project Management Professional) will be considered an additional qualificationFamiliarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) will be considered an additional qualificationGood knowledge of the English languageKnowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and InternetCompetencies:Accountability and result orientationTeamwork and collaborationEffective communicationCustomer orientationAdaptabilityInnovationBenefits: Inclusive working environmentContinuous training and participation in development activitiesGroup health and life insurance programReduced electricity consumption invoice
