Role: Junior Technical Project Manager - 1-year contractBased in: Warsaw – Focus, av. We are in search of a highly motivated individual who will work closely with our Project managers and internal stakeholders to manage projects and development workstreams. You will innovate, drive and help manage an agile development team comprising Application Specialists, Java developers, Client developers, and Testers seeking out opportunities and improvements across our global team.We believe quality, ability, and determination are vital ingredients in delivering success at Amelco. Character and personality are not only reflected in who you are but what you do, and we are looking for a passionate Technical Project Manager to join our growing, dynamic team who can leave their imprint on our company.RESPONSIBILITIES: Be involved in the end-to-end software delivery life cycle from initial engagement to release, for all requirements’ scoping, refinement, planning, estimation, and delivery.Help manage to resolve all risks/issues potentially impacting the project delivery.Proactively interact with all levels of stakeholders, both internally and externally, identifying problems, creating and implementing solutions.Create, in collaboration with our solution architects and developers, detailed development specifications.Be responsible for undertaking any analysis requirements to support the refinement and estimation processes.Gain an in-depth understanding of and empathy for client processes and problems and prioritise between them.Work hands-on with designers, engineers, and the QA team to build and implement new features that meet our standards of simplicity and quality.Remove blockers for developers where necessary by asking clients questions and confirming any necessary details promptly.Support and coordinate strategic initiatives across the organization.Support the Head of Delivery in ensuring the communication plans are adhered to both internally and externally.Act as the point of contact with external Customer teams to ensure that tickets are prioritised according to customer needs.Work closely with the Product Manager/s and Application Specialist/s to familiarise yourself with the Amelco products.TEAMWORK:Deliver work in an agile team with shared ownership for the quality of the delivery.Support the delivery of changes alongside the wider teams, such as Test, DevOps, Architecture, Business Analysis, and Application Support, including the possibility of occasional out-of-hours support of production deployments.Ensure the team is aware of progress through Daily Stand-Ups and updates to Jira.Contribute to overall improvements in agile delivery through learning and feedback.Share knowledge on implemented solutions with the wider team.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:Very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)Min 1-year hands-on experience in a similar roleKnowledge of software development and the implementation life cycleBe a team player with strong interpersonal and excellent communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentCreativity and analytical approachOutstanding problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to collaborate effectively with a talented, multidisciplinary, and multicultural team.WHAT WE OFFER:Competitive salaryB2B contract for a fixed term of 1 yearHybrid work (Mondays/ Fridays from home)Career growth opportunitiesFull-time jobInternational projectsLong-term working possibilitiesFriendly working atmosphereDynamic culture surrounded by industry expertsCompany social events for team bondingFlat structureNo dress codeFree coffee, beverages, snacks, and fruit.If this sounds interesting, please submit your CV in English using the apply button.
