Job Title: Junior Technical Project Manager / Project CoordinatorLocation: Remote, USA – PST working hoursEmployment Type: Fulltime – Independent resources are welcome to apply, Unable to do Sponsorship/Transfers.Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Technical Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of technical initiatives across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage project logistics, resource tracking, financial forecast management and vendor coordination in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination: Support project managers in the day-to-day execution of technical projects, including scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables, and maintaining project timelines.Scheduling & Calendar Management: Create and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones and dependencies are clearly tracked and communicated.Status Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular project status reports summarizing accomplishments, upcoming milestones, risks, and issues.Action Item Tracking: Maintain project action logs, follow up with task owners, and ensure timely resolution of items.Forecast & Clarity Management:Assist with resource forecasting, budget tracking, and project financial updates in Clarity (or similar portfolio management tools).Update project forecasts, actuals, and allocations as directed by project leads.Ensure project data integrity within Clarity and generate reporting as needed for portfolio reviews.Vendor Tracking: Support vendor management activities including onboarding, SOW and PO tracking, deliverable monitoring.Documentation: Create and maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and risk/issue logs.Communication: Facilitate communication between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely follow-ups.Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement of project management tools, templates, and processes across the team.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, , or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Experience: 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or a similar role—preferably within a technical, digital, or enterprise systems environment.Skills:Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana) and familiarity with portfolio management systems such as Clarity.Basic understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and vendor lifecycle management.Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.Attributes: Proactive, dependable, analytical, and collaborative with a focus on execution and follow-through.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with project or portfolio management tools such as Clarity PPM, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow.Familiarity with vendor management and procurement processes.Exposure to Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Project management certification (e.g., CAPM, CSM, or equivalent) a plus.
