In this role, you will sit within the Product team and be at the forefront of creating clear, comprehensive technical documentation that empowers our internal teams and external users alike.Working in close collaboration with the Product team and the Engineering team, you will be embedded in the product development process to produce high-quality documentation while helping shape the future of our knowledge management practices.What you'll doDocumentation Creation & ManagementWrite & maintain release notes that clearly communicate product updates and changes to stakeholdersDevelop functional documentation that guides users through product features & capabilitiesCollaborate with engineering teams to create accurate, detailed technical documentationSupport and empower our Support & Implementation teams with comprehensive knowledge resourcesKnowledge Ecosystem DevelopmentActively participate in building & evolving the company's knowledge ecosystemContribute to the organization & optimization of our knowledge basesIdentify opportunities to improve documentation accessibility & usabilityAI Strategy & InnovationHelp develop & implement the Documentation team's AI strategyExplore creative applications of AI tools to optimize documentation processesLeverage AI technologies to enhance documentation quality & team productivityChampion innovative approaches to content creation & managementWhat We’re Looking ForUniversity degree in Technical Writing, Translation, Journalism, or related field2 years of relevant experience in technical writing, content creation, or software documentation (internships or academic projects count)Fluent or near-native English proficiency (C1 level minimum)Excellent written & verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of structured documentation principles and best practicesKnowledge of content management and knowledge management systemsAbility to quickly learn and document complex technical conceptsTeam player who is proactive and comfortable reaching out to team members to gather informationGenuine interest in technology and technical productsCuriosity about emerging trends and innovations in the software industryNice to haveExperience with Confluence and Jira platformsFamiliarity with engineering processes and Agile methodologyBasic understanding of docs-as-code approaches and Git version controlKnowledge of HTML and CSS for documentation formattingPrevious experience in a technical or software environmentWhy Join Us?Your career, your design.
