Home to 2,000 talented individuals from 66 nationalities, with 55% female representation, our region thrives on diversity, cross-functional collaboration, and a shared drive for progress.About The RoleThe Junior Trade Marketing Manager primary objective is to create and ensure the best consumer experience at the Point of Sale (POS) regarding the right look and feel conform the Merchandising guidelines at every physical POS. Supporting the Senior Trade Marketing Manager in development and implementation of a UX concept in DACH Retail. You will have the responsibility to:Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives. Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stockCollaborate with suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and timescales. Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventoryProject management and POS rollouts from customer requirement to finished execution, ensure quality of deliverables, within time and costDevelop activation methods: how to engage best with consumers, what works at events for consumers to experience and understand our productPlan, execute and measure the results, calculate the ROI and share reports / learnings / best practices within DACH, UK and other countriesAbout YouExperience in retail activation, trade marketing or visual merchandising, with a mix of hands-on and strategic exposure—ideally across brand, agency, marketing, or sales.Passion for building brands and executing go-to-market retail plans.Solid track record in project management.Fluent in both German and English.Strong communication and commercial skills.Valid driving license.Willing to travel at least 25% of the time.Working PolicyAt Dyson, our vibrant campus culture is built on in-person collaboration, creativity, and shared learning.
